1. Eligibility and Enrollment
Participation is limited to individuals or entities approved by RFQForge or an authorized RFQForge business customer. You must provide accurate contact and payout information and keep it current.
2. Affiliate Codes and Referral Links
RFQForge may issue one or more affiliate identifiers, links, or codes used for attribution. You may only use assigned codes and may not misrepresent affiliation, identity, or authority.
3. Attribution Rules
Attribution may rely on referral parameters, cookies, and platform event records. Attribution outcomes are determined by RFQForge systems and are final except for proven technical errors.
RFQForge may invalidate attribution in cases of fraud, duplicate leads, abuse, policy violations, or ineligible traffic sources.
4. Commission Models and Payment Conditions
Commission structure (for example fixed-per-RFQ or percentage-of-order) will be defined by the sponsoring business customer and configured in RFQForge.
- Commissions are payable only for validated, policy-compliant referrals.
- Commission eligibility may depend on order completion and payment receipt.
- Chargebacks, cancellations, fraud, or disputes may reverse commissions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- use deceptive, unlawful, or spam-based promotional methods;
- bid on restricted trademarks where prohibited by contract or law;
- self-refer, generate fake leads, or use bots/automation to inflate metrics;
- impersonate RFQForge, business customers, or authorized personnel;
- violate advertising, privacy, consumer protection, or anti-spam laws.
6. Compliance and Marketing Disclosures
You are solely responsible for legal compliance in your promotions, including required advertising disclosures, consent obligations, recordkeeping, and any industry-specific restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property and Brand Use
Any permission to use RFQForge or customer branding is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and only for approved affiliate marketing. No ownership rights are transferred.
8. Suspension, Disqualification, and Termination
RFQForge or the sponsoring business customer may suspend, disable, or terminate affiliate participation at any time for policy breach, legal risk, inactivity, non-compliance, or suspected fraud.
On termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law where referrals are invalid or non-compliant.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RFQForge disclaims liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from affiliate participation, attribution outcomes, platform changes, or customer payment disputes.
10. Policy Updates and Contact
RFQForge may modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
