RFQForge provides a web-based platform that allows businesses to:

• Receive and manage RFQ (Request for Quote) inquiries
• Create and send quotes to customers
• Convert accepted quotes into orders
• Share public quote and order status pages with customers

The Service may evolve over time. We may modify or discontinue features without liability.

Some features may be offered in beta and may change or be discontinued at any time.

4. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using the Service are responsible for:

• Accuracy of RFQ, quote, order, and customer information
• Lawful collection and processing of customer data
• Obtaining any required customer consent
• Sharing public links responsibly

We do not verify the accuracy of information entered into the platform and are not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers.

5. Public Pages

RFQForge may generate public quote or order status pages accessible through unique URLs.

These pages are intentionally accessible without login so that customers can view quotes or track order progress.

Anyone with the link may view the information displayed. Businesses are responsible for controlling how these links are shared.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload malicious code
• Send spam or abusive communications
• Reverse engineer the Service

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Fees and Payment

The Service may be offered on a paid subscription basis.

• You agree to pay all applicable subscription fees
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

We may update pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business and customer data submitted to the Service.

We process such data solely to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content associated with RFQForge are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or specific business outcomes.

The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, or delays.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
